Please note: Due to COVID-19, changes in shipping prices are frequent and expected.
Make sure to take care when first trying on your items at home to avoid any damage or make-up marks etc. Do not remove any tags until you are 100% satisfied that you will keep the item(s). Item(s) that are returned with the tags removed, washed or altered will be considered worn and will not be accepted and returned back to you. Naturally any faulty items can be returned.
Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. For hygiene reasons activewear, swimsuits, skincare products and jewellery cannot be returned.
If you’re feeling unsure about our sizing, please head over to our size guide and check the measurements. We’re also happy to help you via email or phone. The returns are always free, but we ask that you keep them to a minimum so that we together can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freights.
You can return any item purchased on RIKA STUDIOS within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Here’s how:
- Fill out the Return Form.
- Make sure the item(s) you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box e.g the one you got from RIKA.
- Put the portable label over the original delivery address and return the package to DHL. See DHL express Service point https://www.dhlexpress.nl/en/shipping/consumer/dhl-fast/find-a-dhl-servicepoint to find the nearest to you.
We can only accept exchanges from the same delivery service and from the country to which the order was originally shipped.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 4 to 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly checked for quality prior to shipping. However, if you receive a faulty item;
You can return the item which is faulty to us only by post. The item must be received by us within 14 days of original delivery along with ‘Returns Form’.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, only if items are deemed to be at our or the manufacturers fault. We will notify you within 14 days of return if we will accept.
If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery date.
Fill out the Return Form, choose the “Exchange” side and write a replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for you as soon as we receive your return. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable we will contact you via email with an alternative solution.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
We usually accept returns within 4 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 10 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
Ideal and Bancontact: You will see the refund in your account within 48 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations ACT you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of a period of 14 days beginning the day following receipt of your order.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to interrupt the delivery and as such when the package arrives you have the fourteen (14) days to have the package returned and get a refund.
We will issue a full refund (if package has been shipped). Orders that were canceled after they have left our warehouse can not be opened upon delivery. If the items are removed from the original wrapping it will void the cancellation and as such are subject to our returns policy.
DUTIES & TAXES
We do not cover the cost of individual countries import sales taxes and it is not included in your shipping costs.
